By accessing or using Shiplyne (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) at shiplyne.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Shiplyne is a USA-based international shipping and package tracking platform. The Platform enables authorised administrators to:

• Create and manage international shipment records.
• Generate printable shipping labels.
• Update shipment status and tracking information.
• Share tracking numbers with recipients worldwide.

The public-facing tracking feature allows any person with a valid tracking number to view the real-time status of a shipment.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to track or facilitate shipments of illegal goods or substances.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin functionality or the database.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shipment information.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Access to admin functionality requires valid credentials. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your admin credentials confidential and secure.
• All activities that occur under your admin account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate admin accounts that violate these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all shipment data entered into the Platform, including sender and recipient information, package descriptions, and delivery timelines. Shiplyne does not independently verify shipment information and is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate data entry.

The Shiplyne platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Shiplyne and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without written permission.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiplyne disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Tracking status information is displayed for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time carrier updates unless manually updated by an administrator.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shiplyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

The Platform relies on third-party services including Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Shiplyne is not responsible for the conduct or availability of these third-party providers.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
